- Impeccable SERVICE. Our servers and Gauchos are trained by the owners and managers with the absolute focus on perfection. From their uniforms, to the way to cook and properly slice and serve the meats the Brazilian way, our Gaucho’s are always kind, professional and courteous to every customer. Our servers have received 5-star accolades on all of our social media platforms and reviews with a 4/9 overall rating on Google, OpenTable, Yelp and Facebook combined! - Our AMBIANCE is not like the typical dark, candlelit steakhouse. But then again, nothing about a traditional Brazilian style steakhouse is like an American steakhouse. Our layout needs to be open as meat is consistently coming out of the kitchen hot and the many Gauchos need lots of room to move about. Nonetheless, the owners who took an old building space and re-designed it for over a year did a beautiful job in decorating the restaurant to include a fresh market table shipped directly from Brazil, beautiful chandeliers, and a fresh new kitchen featuring a wood burning grill. - The VARIETY of high quality steaks you can taste at Churrasco include 6 different cuts of beef, allowing you to try them all! What other steakhouse in Reno can do that? In addition to steaks, Churrasco offers pork, chicken, lamb and even Salmon and a buffet all included in one rodizio dinner price! At Churrasco, you get what you pay for. The beef options include:
- Filet Mignon- Beef Tenderloin with or without Bacon
- Pincanha- the prime part of the Top Sirloin
- Pincanha com Alho- Prime bite-sized cuts of the Top Sirloin
- Fraldinha- Bottom Sirloin
- Alcatra- A special cut of top sirloin originating in the steakhouses of Southern Brazil. One of the largest cuts served in our dining rooms.
- Beef Ancho – Ribeye steak
- Costela De Boi- Beef Ribs
- PARKING is free and easy in our adjacent garage. No long walks in the snow or heat to the restaurant.
