The Full Rodízio Dinner includes access to the fresh market table buffet, featuring crisp salads, seasonal vegetables, and side dishes such as the famous mushroom risotto, chicken stroganoff, feijoada (black beans pork stew), ceviche, and hearts of palm. Accompaniments like Brazilian cheese bread, fried banana, garlic mashed potatoes, and fried polenta round out the feast.
